What this website is

It’s the showcase for my designs and my boutique. Here you can book an appointment to try the clothes on, write to me and buy at a distance: shipping and returns terms are on their own pages, and prices include VAT.

What data I collect and why

Only what you give me: in the contact form, your name, email, message and, if you’re a business, your VAT number; when booking, your name, email, phone and the day and time; and when buying, the details needed to ship and invoice your order. I use them only to reply to you, manage your appointment or order and issue the invoice. The legal basis is your consent when you send the form and, for purchases, the contract and tax obligations.

I keep them for as long as our conversation lasts or up to a year (invoices, for as long as the law requires), unless you ask me to delete them sooner. I don’t share them with anyone or use them to send you advertising. To check a VAT number I consult the European Commission’s public register (VIES).

Who helps me run the website

The website is hosted by Vercel; messages are sent through Resend, an email service, and appointments are stored in Atlas, the platform of Tictag Branding Digital S.L. (Murcia). They all act as data processors and only process data to provide that service. The garment photos use digital models: no real person appears in them, except me on the “My story” page.

Your rights

You can ask me at any time to access, correct or delete your data, or to restrict or object to its use. Email me at gema@miamoll.es. If you think your data hasn’t been handled properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or the authority in your country.

Intellectual property

Mia Moll’s designs, texts, photos and logo are mine. You can share them crediting the brand, but not use them commercially without asking me.
